These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phky ("phky," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://phky.bio. To access phky's gaming services, you must complete the registration process on the phky platform, providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, email address, and contact number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
phky is required to conduct identity verification ("KYC") as a condition of processing withdrawals and in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") obligations. You may be asked to provide a valid Philippine government-issued ID — acceptable documents include a PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, driver's license, PRC card, or SSS ID. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phky login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify phky's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. phky will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
All phky accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso. Exchange rates applicable to cryptocurrency deposits (including USDT TRC20) will be applied at the rate prevailing at the time of the transaction as determined by phky.
Deposits to your phky account may be made via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, Metrobank, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit is ₱100.00 unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method. phky does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. phky processes most GCash and Maya withdrawals within thirty (30) minutes; bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. phky reserves the right to request supporting documentation for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds in compliance with AML regulations.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transactional activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. phky reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of ₱100.00 to dormant accounts after the initial twelve-month period, provided the account balance exceeds zero. phky will attempt to notify the account holder via email prior to applying any dormancy fee.
phky may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum withdrawal limits from bonus funds, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
All games available on phky are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type. By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the game selected. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use phky solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of phky's content without prior written authorization.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phky's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to phky in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. phky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the phky platform.
phky does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously or free of errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service interruptions, and circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability. phky will use reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions and communicate planned maintenance in advance.
You may close your phky account at any time by contacting support. Any outstanding balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method following successful completion of any pending KYC requirements.
phky reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice where: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction; or (d) continued operation of your account poses a reputational, financial, or legal risk to phky. In such cases, phky will conduct a review and, where appropriate, return verified funds minus any amounts subject to forfeiture under these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of phky that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before commencing formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes with phky informally by contacting our support team. phky will endeavour to resolve complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
phky reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the phky platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of phky following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease use of the platform and request account closure.
